• Budget Workshop meetings have been scheduled for Thursday, September 10 and Monday September 14, (before the regular Board meeting) at 6 o’clock P.M. at 50 Cold Spring Road, Syosset, NY.

This notice is being posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of this notice is posted at the Fire District Office.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board reserves the right under Section 104 of the Public Officers Law to schedule additional meetings during the calendar year as business needs develop and that it will notify the official district newspaper and post the notice of such meetings at the Fire District Office based upon the needs of the district, time constraints and applicable law.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board reserves the right to cancel any meeting when a quorum of officers is unavailable or pressing business of the fire district or fire department causes the need to cancel a meeting.  When time permits, a cancellation notice will be posted at the Fire District Office.
